When will you pick up my order? What is the pick-up process? Can I cancel my order?
The delivery agent will pick-up the item based on your requested date and time.
– Morning: 9am – 12pm
– Afternoon: 12pm-5pm
– Evening: 5pm – 10pm
Full or 100% of delivery fee will be charged if you cancel the delivery order after the agent has assigned the request or failed to collect the package at the pick-up location. Should there be an occasion when your order has expired without being accepted by a delivery agent, you will receive a full refund to your bank account. However, kindly note that unless an order has expired, no other requests for refunds will be entertained.
