What happens if I’m not home when the pick up or delivery happens?
SGD 5 penalty changes for every 10 minutes block of pickup or drop off waiting time will apply. If on the delivery date and time agreed by the requester, no one is present at the address stated in the order to receive/deliver goods, the requester shall hold responsible for the extra transport charges incurred for the subsequent delivery(ies) of the goods.
