Why is there a service charge for each task/service I completed? [Card Payment]
For payments made with credit / debit cards on iTask platform, Tasker will be charged 12% for every completed transaction. This helps to cover costs imposed by payment gateway companies as well as operational overheads.
For instance, if you completed a task/service at S$100, $10 will be charged, a total of $90 will be sent to your bank account.
